Quantitative Trader (Crypto)

hirify.global is a systematic hedge fund specializing in FX market making and expanding into crypto trading.

What you will do

• Design and implement high-frequency, fully automated trading strategies.
• Conduct market microstructure research across crypto spot, perpetuals, and futures markets.
• Build and refine trading infrastructure with a small, expert team.
• Take full ownership of trading PnL and report directly to the CIO.
• Help establish the crypto business in a greenfield build-out environment and scale the team over time.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in exchange market making, specifically in high-frequency trading.
• Strong background in market microstructure research.
• Expertise in Python.
• Experience with or serious interest in moving from traditional finance into crypto.
• Builder mentality with the ability to drive both infrastructure and trading strategy development.
• Based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Java experience; core systems are built in Java.
