Sales Operations & Logistics Manager (Robotics)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global USA office and warehouse in Runnemede, New Jersey, United States; able to work in the US office 100% of the time. Travel up to 20%.

hirify.global develops robotic and autonomous cleaning equipment and operates a US office, warehouse, sales organization, and service operation.

What you will do

• Manage customer purchase orders, sales forecasts, production and stock schedules, inventory plans, and spare parts availability.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouse operations, robot deliveries, installations, and movements across the United States.
• Maintain accurate records of robot locations, deployments, ownership, shipments, transfers, invoicing, and ERP inventory data.
• Lead the Warehouse & Facilities Specialist and oversee warehouse, office, equipment, facility, and health and safety operations.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, service, and headquarters teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
• Track operational KPIs, build dashboards, manage trade spend reconciliations, and implement SOPs and process improvements to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, logistics management, or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of direct management experience with warehouse, logistics, or sales professionals.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or OMS systems; advanced Microsoft Office, spreadsheet analysis, and data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, freight forwarding, vendor negotiation, and logistics operations.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer; able to work in the US office 100% of the time. Must be able to lift 60 pounds regularly, hold a valid driver’s license, and complete criminal, civil, and motor vehicle background checks.

Nice to have

• Valid US OSHA-compliant forklift certification.
• Experience with robotics, autonomous cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning equipment, facility services, automation, or technology products.
• Experience in startup or growth-stage environments.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
