Sr. Manager - NA Facilities and Maintenance (Remote)

Location: Remote - USA; the selected candidate must be located at or near one of the listed US sites and be willing to travel up to 30%. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term facility plans, capital improvements, and regional sustainability initiatives across North American sites.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, process equipment, and critical building systems.
• Select and implement preventive-maintenance, building-automation, fire-system, and Ignition 4.0 software solutions.
• Manage national and regional vendors, including contract negotiations, performance audits, and vendor consolidation.
• Plan and control regional maintenance, supply, construction, and renovation budgets.
• Lead complex multi-site projects, facility relocations, closures, workspace reconfigurations, insurance reviews, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and capital project implementation.
• 3–5 years of facilities and maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and implementing systems in manufacturing environments.
• Must be located at or near one of the specified US sites; willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
