Systems Administrator

Location: Maryland, United States. Applicants must already hold a current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph before applying. Clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.

Salary: $123,000–$134,000 per year, plus $31,000–$33,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Provide Tier I help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Monitor and resolve issues across client/server, storage, network, and mobile device environments.
• Support incident escalation and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support dispatch systems and hardware issue resolution.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization through capacity analysis and planning.
• Configure UNIX and Windows operating systems, network components, and operating system enhancements.

Requirements

• Five years of experience as a systems administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five additional years of systems administration experience in lieu of the degree.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph required before applying.
• Clearance sponsorship and processing are not available.
• Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems, network components, IT infrastructure, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
