Head of Strategy LATAM

Location: Hybrid role associated with Brazil (São Paulo, Jundiaí) and Mexico

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Latin America regional strategy.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, regulations, risks, and growth opportunities across the region.
• Support regional leadership with strategic decision-making, business planning, and portfolio management.
• Drive market entry, partnership, M&A assessment, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, strategic presentations, and reports for regional and global leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy team across Latin America.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, or corporate development.
• Experience in energy, power, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies in complex, multinational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Latin American energy markets, regulatory frameworks, market trends, and customer needs.
• English proficiency is required. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also required.
