Senior Manager, Inventory Management (Biotechnology)

Location: South San Francisco, California, at Allogene headquarters; onsite

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 per year, plus annual performance bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own network inventory management, including safety stock modeling, planning parameters, procedures, and KPIs across manufacturing and 3PL sites.
• Maintain ERP data integrity, inventory accuracy, visibility, and reporting for drug products, finished goods, and starting materials.
• Identify and mitigate inventory risks such as shortages, excess inventory, and supply interruptions.
• Lead issue resolution involving CAPAs, change controls, and SCARs.
• Develop supply and production plans for cell therapy drug products and starting materials.
• Represent Supply Chain in CMC meetings and lead inventory planning and scenario assessment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; supply chain, science, or engineering background is a plus. An MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management or planning within life sciences and/or medical devices.
• Strong biotechnology inventory management experience, including safety stock modeling and demand/supply planning.
• Experience with ERP systems used for inventory management and demand/supply planning is preferred.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a GMP environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
