Wintel Engineer

Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom — onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements.

What you will do

• Implement technical solutions in line with agreed technical designs and customer requirements.
• Develop detailed technical designs and support solution architectures across multiple-system environments.
• Lead small-to-medium technical projects and provide technical leadership for integration activities.
• Provide consultancy, technical support, and advice on technology and integration opportunities.
• Work with project managers, technical managers, solution architects, customers, and sales teams on delivery and pre-sales activities.
• Document project learnings, contribute to knowledge communities, and create technical materials and proposal content.

Requirements

• Previous experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or a related field.
• Strong breadth and depth of technical knowledge, with mastery of at least one technical discipline and knowledge of three major technology areas.
• Experience leading a small team or delivering a specific technical work package.
• Advanced business, technical, or functional knowledge and the ability to resolve complex product interactions.
• Strong consulting, communication, presentation, requirements analysis, high-level design, estimation, and documentation skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and eligibility for applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements.
