Privacy Analyst

What you will do

• Review technical and operational documentation to assess how personal data is collected, used, and shared.
• Apply and document relevant privacy regulations and internal guidelines.
• Review Privacy Impact Assessments, confirm personal data flows, and identify missing supporting documentation.
• Prepare training materials and practical guidance to help business users meet privacy obligations.
• Collaborate with Privacy Operations, Privacy Legal, Cyber Security, Marketing, and business teams.
• Support consent management, cookie and tracking documentation, individual rights requests, privacy risk mitigation, and related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience summarizing complex information in business-friendly terms.
• Experience working with privacy and security-related matters.
• Must be willing to work in London.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United Kingdom.
• Strong communication, research, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• IAPP designation such as CIPP or CIPM.
• Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy Operations, Cyber Security, Marketing, and business teams.
