Manager, Hotline & Investigations

What you will do

• Own the SpeakUp hotline, case management platform, intake channels, language coverage, access controls, and provider relationship.
• Lead compliance investigations from intake and triage through interviews, evidence analysis, reporting, remediation, and escalation.
• Work with Legal, People, Finance, Information Security, Data Privacy, Physical Security, and business leadership.
• Maintain accurate case data, audit trails, confidentiality controls, retention rules, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Identify emerging risks and trends, share anonymised case themes, and support policy, training, and control improvements.
• Develop investigation procedures, investigator training, awareness campaigns, and hotline processes for new jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in investigations, compliance, or legal roles, including leading compliance investigations end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with whistleblowing or ethics hotlines, including triage, case management, and senior leadership or committee reporting.
• Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of evidence handling, confidentiality, and fair-process principles.
• Working knowledge of whistleblowing, data protection, and employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent fact-based report writing, sound judgement, discretion, empathy, and impartiality when handling sensitive matters.

Nice to have

• Legal qualification or investigations experience in Big Four forensics, a law firm, or an in-house compliance team.
• Experience with case management platforms.
• Experience in a high-growth technology or infrastructure business and establishing hotline processes in new countries.
• Additional language skills.
