Location: United Kingdom; London listed as the role location. The role supports office, home, or a combination of both, and hiring is available from anywhere in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Advise business teams on legal obligations and practical responses during security and privacy incidents.
- Provide privacy advice to Security and Product Abuse teams on cybersecurity and eSafety controls.
- Support go-to-market activities, customer migrations to Cloud, pre-sales content, and strategic privacy negotiations.
- Engage directly with EMEA customers on privacy needs, adapting guidance to local business practices.
- Monitor emerging global privacy laws and advise on regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance on certifications, audits, privacy policies, and standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience practicing law, including incident advice, deal negotiation, and compliance work.
- Qualifications required to practice law in the local jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks including ISO 27701 and SOC 2.
- Ability to explain complex legal and technical concepts clearly to senior leaders.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, remote-friendly workplace distributed across the globe.
