What you will do

• Own and lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility programs aligned with strategic customer objectives.
• Coordinate technical milestones and program-level dependencies across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Lead complex technical delivery discussions and collaborate with M5-level managers to maintain project momentum.
• Drive innovation, delivery efficiency, and operational improvements across the Professional Services practice.
• Mentor junior technical program managers and refine delivery processes for scale.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Intermediate technical fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
• Experience improving delivery standards and operational performance.
• PMP certification required within 6 months of hire.
• One Databricks Associate-level certification required within 6 months of hire.
