Strategic Projects Manager (Diagnostics)

Location: Bremen, Germany; frequent attendance in the Bremen office required. The role includes national and international travel across Europe and the USA.

What you will do

• Manage strategic and cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, including scope definition, delivery, and benefit analysis.
• Own project delivery across different business areas and maintain an integrated overview of strategic initiatives, project dependencies, and the project pipeline.
• Develop project management best practices, introduce software tools such as Asana, and train teams in their use.
• Support strategy development through planning templates, strategic process coordination, market intelligence, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Coordinate the transfer of strategic initiatives into actionable projects and monitor their progress.
• Prepare top-management presentations, moderate management meetings, and manage third-party providers within project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma degree in business administration or a similar field.
• Professional project management experience in a multinational corporation, consulting firm, investment bank, or venture capital environment.
• Experience in the diagnostics market and an understanding of quality and regulatory complexity are preferred.
• Strong strategic, business-oriented, analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment, collaborate across hierarchical levels, and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Fluent German and English required; willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
