What you will do
- Launch and operate a NEURAGym facility, proving the service and creating playbooks for future sites.
- Lead the on-site AI Trainer, Robotics Trainer, and Logistics team.
- Coordinate Cloud Support, Robotics Service, and IT to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Own the customer operations journey from feasibility checks through execution to validated robot skills ready for customer-site rollout.
- Monitor utilisation, costs, and customer feedback, then improve layouts, workflows, and tooling.
- Manage the facility budget, assets, vendors, and IT uptime while feeding operational insights to the RoboGym Product team.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technology operations or managing large-scale product or programme roll-outs.
- Background in robotics, advanced manufacturing, autonomous systems, cloud services, or related domains.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with direct responsibility for external-customer success.
- Ability to create processes, metrics, and playbooks for first-of-a-kind initiatives, while working across robotics, AI pipelines, cloud infrastructure, budgets, and customer value.
- Fluent English and German required. Experience managing site budgets and coordinating vendors or external service providers.

- Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
