Manager (m/w/d) Group Strategy & Transformation

What you will do

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend research, and prepare concise presentations for executives.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and prepare project status reports.
• Draft decision papers, presentations, workshop materials, and follow-up documentation for Board and management meetings.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and support the development of business cases.
• Respond flexibly to strategic ad-hoc requests from leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience or relevant internships in strategy, management consulting, or project management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a structured and reliable working style.
• Proactive approach, high initiative, willingness to learn, and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Good command of German.
• Familiarity with BI and data tools such as Power BI.
