What you will do

• Manage video and multimedia projects from ideation through pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal clients, external partners, vendors, and production crews.
• Build project budgets and schedules, coordinate logistics, staff production teams, and track deadlines.
• Scout shoot locations, develop pre-production assets, assist with scripts and creative direction, and direct on-camera talent and crews.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for in-person and fully remote productions.
• Manage media assets and evaluate analytics to measure project ROI against defined success metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing web-based video content.
• 5+ years of experience at a digital-first brand or agency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Iconik, Kaltura, OpenReel, and Databricks.
• B.A. in film production or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively while managing competing priorities under pressure.
