What you will do

• Produce AI videos for campaigns, internal projects, and platform demos from concept to final cut.
• Build HyperFrames projects with deterministic, editable video and combine them with hirify.global avatars, voices, and translations.
• Evaluate generative video models, including Veo, Sora, Seedance, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Wan, and Pika, and select the right tools for each workflow.
• Develop advanced prompts, reusable prompt libraries, agent-driven workflows, and multi-step production pipelines.
• Create hooks, concepts, shot lists, storyboards, creative variations, and trend-driven short-form content.
• Edit, reframe, and export videos using Premiere, After Effects, and CapCut for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of AI video creation experience through professional, freelance, or prolific personal work, with a portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global and HyperFrames, from an initial brief to a rendered MP4.
• Strong visual judgment, storytelling ability, and knowledge of current generative video models.
• Advanced prompting skills and experience building agent-driven video workflows with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Gemini CLI.
• Experience with traditional video editing in Premiere, After Effects, and CapCut.
• 10,000 or more followers on at least one platform: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or X.
