Finance Podcast & Video Producer (AI)

Location: New York, NY; 4 days on-site and 1 remote day per week

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Produce a finance podcast and related video content featuring senior executives and industry speakers.
• Plan and coordinate podcast, video, internal educational, and external marketing productions from recording through delivery.
• Manage speakers, vendors, marketing stakeholders, design teams, and post-production partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare transcripts and editing scripts, and oversee edits, animations, graphics, b-roll, lower-thirds, disclaimers, and compliance reviews.
• Publish podcasts and videos across Apple, Spotify, Megaphone, YouTube, Brightcove, websites, and social platforms.
• Use AI-enabled tools and performance analytics to improve production efficiency, turnaround times, and future content outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and production of still and moving image content.
• Proven experience with podcast and video production, including technical and administrative production duties.
• Experience working with senior executives, clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work primarily onsite in New York and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Corporate experience is required; financial services production experience is strongly preferred.
