Associate Director, Finance, UK

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Provide commercial insight and performance analysis across hirify.global Solutions to support strategic decisions and business growth.
• Develop commercial and financial models for new solutions and client opportunities.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline in Salesforce, including targeting, revenue tracking, and conversion analysis.
• Analyse net sales performance, client profitability, pricing effects, value delivery, and margin changes.
• Conduct commercial due diligence, monitor performance against bonus and incentive targets, and validate commercial assumptions.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, FP&A, and agency teams on revenue methodologies, reporting, and commercial finance processes.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or equivalent.
• At least four years of commercial or financial industry experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships across stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.
