Interim Head of Group FP&A

Salary: £100,000–£110,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the Group FP&A function across budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with the CFO and Executive Team to provide insight, challenge, and analysis that drive business performance.
• Own Group financial modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to improve performance predictability.
• Lead Board reporting and develop clear, commercially focused management information.
• Analyse revenue, margins, and profitability while identifying performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop FP&A processes, reporting, KPIs, and the FP&A team while deputising for the CFO when required.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Significant senior-level FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modelling experience across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Commercial understanding, ideally from technology, managed services, telecommunications, SaaS, or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Confident senior stakeholder and Board-level communication skills.
• Experience leading people and driving change and improvements to ways of working.
