Recruiter, Field Engineering & FDE (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for entry- to mid-level Field Engineering roles across EMEA, including Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, and Delivery Solutions Architects.
• Build target lists and conduct creative outbound sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Create market maps and talent pools by market, skill, and competitor, keeping candidate pipelines engaged.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake, calibration, feedback, and regular hiring updates.
• Provide clear communication and a well-run candidate process from initial outreach through offer.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, report on funnel and sourcing performance, and test new sourcing tools and channels.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and recruiting in-house or in an agency environment.
• Demonstrable outbound sourcing experience, including finding and engaging hard-to-reach candidates.
• Experience recruiting technical or customer-facing profiles, or the ability to learn technical domains quickly.
• Strong written communication and a focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to use data to prioritize work and influence recruiting decisions.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple searches across EMEA markets and time zones.
