Location: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle; remote candidates in other locations are also considered

Salary: $204,200–$280,850 USD base salary or on-target earnings, depending on pay zone

What you will do

• Own strategic partner management for McKinsey and report to the VP of Partner Program.
• Expand Databricks mindshare by developing sponsors and stakeholders within McKinsey.
• Build a sustainable services business through skills, assets, offerings, thought leadership, and pipeline development.
• Demonstrate the partnership’s impact on Databricks adoption through executive influence and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with account teams, sales management, solution architects, enablement, cloud specialists, field marketing, and operations.
• Establish partner governance covering agreements, executive relationships, and operating processes.

Requirements

• Experience working with senior executives.
• 10+ years of experience with management consulting providers.
• Experience balancing relationship priorities to optimize outcomes.
• Ability to work across teams and drive business outcomes.
• Experience supporting consulting and systems integration partner practice and skills development.
• Ability to establish governance, agreements, executive relationships, and processes with partners.
