Clinical Lead (AI/Healthtech)

Location: Hybrid work from the Austin or Barcelona hub

What you will do

• Lead a vertical within the Scientific function, owning quality, standards, and outcomes.
• Mentor and develop Clinical Specialists while setting clear expectations and career goals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to shape strategy and prioritise work.
• Represent hirify.global with clients, at industry forums, on panels, and across the scientific community.
• Drive product validation, client success, and peer-reviewed scientific outputs that strengthen Aika’s credibility.
• Monitor regulatory, scientific, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical operations, scientific affairs, or a related function.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory expectations and clinical research guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, AI-driven platforms, or healthtech.
• Scientific publications, conference presentations, or thought leadership experience.
• Experience in commercial or client-facing environments, including sales support, KOL engagement, or advisory boards.
