Clinical Data Lead

What you will do

• Own data quality, structure, and integrity for operational trial data, real-world data, or core clinical data.
• Apply CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards to structure defensible clinical data.
• Partner with Data Engineering to design pipelines for domain-specific data sources.
• Review and audit incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify data quality risks early and drive their resolution.
• Mentor Clinical Data Engineers working within the assigned domain.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in clinical data management, biostatistics, real-world evidence, or clinical operations.
• Deep hands-on experience in operational trial data, real-world data, or core clinical trial data.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards.
• Ability to partner with engineers and translate clinical domain knowledge into technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading clinical data professionals.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python for hands-on data validation.
• Background in AI/ML-adjacent data work.
