MDM & Data Governance Lead

What you will do

• Design and own the master data management strategy and data governance framework.
• Define data ownership, quality standards, and stewardship processes across teams.
• Build processes to detect and resolve data quality and consistency issues at scale.
• Partner with Data Architecture and Engineering to embed governance into the data platform.
• Set and monitor data quality KPIs.
• Educate teams on data governance best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, or data quality roles.
• Proven experience designing a governance framework from scratch.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and metadata management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech, life sciences, or regulated data environments.
• Familiarity with clinical data standards such as CDISC, HL7 FHIR, or OMOP.
• Experience with MDM tools and data catalog platforms.
