Project Manager I, Laboratory (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Act as the primary sponsor contact for central laboratory services and respond to clinical study inquiries.
• Review protocols and amendments, coordinate Clinical Laboratory Worksheets, and communicate requirements across laboratory and clinical CRO departments.
• Enter protocol parameters into laboratory systems, prepare study materials, and perform quality control.
• Create and maintain study-specific communication, escalation, monitoring, documentation, and archival plans.
• Provide study management reports and system support, monitor budgets, and track shipment requests for stored samples.
• Represent hirify.global at investigator meetings, kick-offs, bid defenses, and study initiations; develop tools and train employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in science, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, or customer/account management role within a life sciences organisation.
• At least 1 year of project management experience supporting clinical trials or a related service area.
• Working familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Blue Bell, Raleigh, or Farmingdale.
