Global Digital Service Business Partner – Distribution Transformers

Location: Hybrid role in Portugal, with remote work permitted within the country; occasional travel to factories up to 20% of the time

What you will do

• Define and execute a globally aligned digital strategy for the Distribution Transformers cluster across six factories.
• Capture, structure, and prioritize business requirements with factory leaders and Digital Services teams.
• Shape the target digital landscape, governance model, enterprise architecture, and digitalization roadmap.
• Coordinate between factories, IT, OT, ERP, cybersecurity, leadership, and steering bodies.
• Drive reuse and harmonization of digital solutions while monitoring implementation progress, gaps, risks, and roadmap adherence.
• Embed compliance by design using hirify.global standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT and Digital Business Partner in complex environments.
• Experience with IT/OT integration, digital manufacturing, international multi-site projects, and digital transformation.
• Experience with ERP/SAP ecosystems and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Remote work is permitted within Portugal; availability for occasional factory travel is required.
