What you will do

• Lead and grow the Infrastructure Security Architecture team across secure identity, network, device, and data pillars.
• Own security architecture strategy, reference architectures, target-state roadmaps, and Zero Trust direction for core infrastructure.
• Establish control-family standards, conduct architecture reviews, and govern security exceptions and risk decisions.
• Represent Infrastructure Security Architecture in enterprise governance forums and advise senior stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate security controls, define implementation requirements, and specify telemetry needs.
• Use AI-assisted tooling for standards development and control-alignment reviews with appropriate human oversight.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, security engineering, or infrastructure security.
• Experience leading architecture across at least two infrastructure domains: identity, network, device, or data.
• People-management or technical team-lead experience, with readiness to line-manage a technical architecture team.
• Experience in large, audit-sensitive, or regulated enterprise environments with formal governance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, including NIST SP 800-207 and the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP, plus AI-assisted security architecture tools and LLM limitations.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing or scaling a security architecture function.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Okta, PAM, SSE, ZTNA, segmentation, endpoint security, or data protection.
• CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, or relevant cloud security certifications.
