Learning Specialist (Instructional Design)

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning development projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope control, and quality.
• Design, develop, and deploy e-learning and other digital learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective educational materials.
• Review and update training curricula in line with business needs and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with learning managers, subject matter experts, and business partners to identify needs and define training objectives.
• Support the transition of externally managed learning services into an internal learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or learning project management.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and e-learning development.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Strong project management, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills are also required.
