What you will do

• Lead complex people change and workforce transformation initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Design and implement people change, communication, engagement, and change adoption strategies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, People teams, Legal, HR, and business leaders on organisational transformation.
• Support restructuring, workforce optimisation, organisational design, and business transformation programmes.
• Advise on people, culture, employment, operational, legal, and reputational risks.
• Establish governance, documentation, decision-making frameworks, reporting, and audit trails for change programmes.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading people change, organisational transformation, or workforce change initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and consultation requirements.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, consulting, or private equity-backed organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication, programme delivery, prioritisation, judgement, resilience, and adaptability.
