What you will do

• Manage and log all company invoices into internal platform, comparing with previous cycles to identify discrepancies.
• Track contract-based services, flagging end-of-term and renewal items.
• Prepare and organize weekly outgoing payments for the management team.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement to align vendor billing with service agreements.
• Support internal documentation for monthly and quarterly financial reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or web hosting company.
• Proven experience using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Familiarity with multi-currency invoice tracking and global vendor coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify financial inconsistencies.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Background working with infrastructure providers, data center contracts, or leased hardware billing.
• Experience handling subscription-based or recurring billing models.
