Junior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work with an office in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Rotate across product squads and support discovery, delivery, and coordination work based on business needs.
• Assist with user research, competitive benchmarking, usage-data analysis, and customer-feedback analysis across the clinical-trial lifecycle.
• Own well-scoped features from requirements and user stories through launch coordination and outcome measurement.
• Maintain and groom the backlog, write acceptance criteria, and support release coordination and internal enablement.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, clinical experts, product managers, and stakeholders across an international distributed team.
• Track product KPIs, prepare regular reporting, question assumptions, and propose improvements in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product, consulting, engineering, life sciences, research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and comfort working with data.
• Ability to switch between different topics and teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about AI and its application to healthcare and clinical research, with an adaptable and highly motivated approach to learning.
