Senior Product Manager (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations.
• Lead multiple early-stage AI investments, guiding experimentation, prioritization, and scaling decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify valuable use cases and drive adoption.
• Translate business and user needs into product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams in an agile product development model.
• Define and track KPIs related to clinical trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data or AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI and machine learning concepts, including LLMs, prompt design, and agent-based systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with generative or agentic AI projects.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain-based patterns, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms including Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
