What you will do

• Support senior consultants with SAP Transactional Banking activities on the hirify.global Platform.
• Assist with designing and delivering customer-focused banking solutions.
• Review module-related processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support implementation and integration of solutions into banks’ existing IT environments.
• Contribute to digitalization, process automation, initial implementations, and module enhancements under guidance from experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects related to banking, technology, or digital transformation.
• Basic understanding of banking processes and IT infrastructures.
• Strong analytical skills, business awareness, and interest in IT solution design.
• Business-fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Interest in supporting solution design, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
