TL;DR

NetSuite Senior Consultant (ERP): Leading financial process transformations and designing complex ERP solutions with an accent on NetSuite financial modules, data migration, and project governance. Focus on architecting future-state solutions, managing UAT, and mentoring junior consultants to drive business impact for global clients.

Location: Remote in the Netherlands with approximately 30% on-site travel required.

What you will do

  • Lead business process discovery with stakeholders to design and document future-state solutions.
  • Configure NetSuite financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Consolidation, and Intercompany accounting.
  • Architect data migration strategies and validate cleansing and transformation rules.
  • Manage project governance, develop test plans, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Design and deliver training programs and document best practices for clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and support post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience with at least 5 full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven expertise in financial process configuration (GL, AR, AP, Consolidation).
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in the Netherlands to support hybrid on-site requirements.
  • Background in enterprise software implementation, specifically financial/accounting systems.

Nice to have

  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification.
  • Experience with SuiteSuccess implementation methodology.
  • Knowledge of SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management configuration.
  • CPA or a bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch for client interaction.
