Senior Web & SEO Manager (WordPress)

Location: Fully remote, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina; standard working hours in EST

Salary: $1,600–$2,200 per month

What you will do

• Own the organic search strategy and roadmap for competitive legal practice areas.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve site errors, speed issues, and crawlability or indexability problems.
• Manage and update the WordPress website, maintaining technical health, visual quality, and user experience.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis, identify content gaps, and deploy optimized web content.
• Optimize Google Business Profile and local citations to improve map-pack rankings and local visibility.
• Report on strategy and implementation in a weekly leadership sync.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO and web development experience for U.S. companies or law firms.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO expertise with measurable ranking and traffic results.
• Experience optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to identifying technical risks and recommending solutions.

• Experience working with U.S. law firms.
• Marketing experience in legal services or other competitive, high-intent local-service sectors.
