SEO & Content Specialist

hirify.global operates an app and website that connect people with surplus food from stores, restaurants, and brands to help fight food waste.

What you will do

• Plan, write, optimize, localize, and refresh content for consumers and business partners across multiple markets.
• Run technical SEO for a large multilingual website, including indexation, hreflang, structured data, site health, and migrations.
• Use Semrush or similar tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, rank tracking, and site audits.
• Build visibility in AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Improve key pages and web-to-app journeys, set up A/B tests, and increase app users and business signups.
• Track performance, report results, and translate data into actionable improvements while working with developers and local teams.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience across content and technical SEO.
• Proven success growing organic traffic.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Semrush or similar SEO tools, Google Search Console, and Amplitude or GA4.
• Experience with multilingual, multi-country SEO, content localization, and collaboration with developers.
• Self-starter mindset, ownership, and curiosity about AI search and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplaces, B2B websites, or web-to-app journeys.
• Experience using AI tools to scale content.
