What you will do

• Own SEO performance across key markets and complex initiatives, shaping roadmaps and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyse complex datasets, competitor insights, and portfolio-wide changes to develop strategic recommendations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve SEO efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Design scalable automation workflows, including automated SEO QA processes.
• Influence cross-functional teams, challenge existing processes, and drive measurable improvements.
• Share SEO expertise and help the wider team adopt more strategic and scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• Deep SEO expertise, including on-page optimisation and technical SEO for large, complex websites.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience translating complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
• Experience identifying AI and automation opportunities, experimenting with solutions, and improving workflows.
• Ability to independently own complex SEO initiatives, prioritise by impact and effort, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions using evidence-based recommendations.
• Strategic thinking, autonomy, and adaptability when solving ambiguous problems.

Hiring process

• Initial 45-minute chat with a Talent Partner via Zoom.
• One-hour video interview with the Head of SEO and Senior SEO Manager.
• Take-home task with three days to complete and a 90-minute presentation to the team, Head of SEO, and Chief Gaming Officer.
