Senior SEO Specialist (AEO)

Location: Europe; remote, with working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET)

What you will do

• Execute on-page SEO, content updates, internal linking, and other initiatives to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Develop SEO briefs, align content with search intent, review articles, and collaborate with copywriters.
• Identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, build partnerships, and improve link-building processes.
• Support international SEO, localization analysis, and strategy testing across international markets.
• Improve visibility in AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity through AEO initiatives and metric tracking.
• Monitor technical SEO, analyze performance, collaborate with developers and product teams, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven success with U.S. market SEO and measurable case studies.
• Experience with AEO, AI search optimization, and improving visibility in AI-generated answers.
• Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, workflow optimization, and automation.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools.
• English proficiency at B2+ level, with confident writing and communication skills.
