Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week from the office.

Salary: 500–640 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Support the Project Manager with project planning, coordination and delivery.
• Own assigned tasks and workstreams, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate communication and maintain engagement across project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, project support or project management.
• Background in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Proactive, self-driven and resilient approach with strong organisational skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from one of the listed Polish locations.
