IT Administrator (Madrid)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day internal IT support across laptops, software, Google Workspace, networking, hardware, and meeting rooms.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware procurement, MDM provisioning, automated account setup, asset tracking, and access revocation.
• Administer and optimise Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, workflows, permissions, integrations, and internal ticketing systems.
• Implement Zero Trust security practices, MFA, endpoint protection, conditional access, identity governance, and endpoint compliance.
• Maintain Madrid office networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, AV hardware, and video conferencing systems.
• Manage vendors, hardware inventory, procurement, warranties, device refresh cycles, support SLAs, self-service portals, and IT documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Administrator or IT Engineer role.
• Deep experience administering Atlassian tools, including custom workflows, permission schemes, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows administration, modern MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune, Google Workspace, and SaaS management.
• Practical experience with Zero Trust frameworks, conditional access, identity governance, MDM, and endpoint compliance.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and office hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required.
