TL;DR
M365 Workplace Engineer (Hybrid; m/f/x/d) (Microsoft 365/AI): Building and evolving intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities for a global workforce with an accent on Microsoft 365 services, AI assistants, automation, security, governance, and compliance. Focus on implementing and operating workplace platforms, developing PowerShell and Power Automate solutions, integrating Azure workloads and data platforms, and resolving complex third-level support cases.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week
Base salary: €42,000–€70,000 per year for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and deploy Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled Digital Workplace capabilities aligned with business requirements.
- Implement Microsoft 365 services, automation, scripting, Azure workloads, and related security, governance, and compliance controls.
- Translate internal risk policies into technical measures and operating procedures.
- Use Power Platform and Palantir Foundry to support data-informed workplace decisions and visualisations.
- Handle third-level support cases and collaborate with Microsoft, vendors, and internal teams.
- Continuously improve controls and procedures, upskill, and share knowledge across teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing and developing Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace platforms and services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Experience with security, governance, and compliance controls for Microsoft 365 workplaces.
- Strong automation and scripting capabilities using PowerShell, Power Automate, AI agents, and modern tools.
- Experience with modern DevOps technologies and CI/CD methodologies is beneficial.
- English CV required.
- Availability to work from the Madrid office at least three days per week.
