Mid IT Systems Engineer (Azure)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid office-first work with on-site presence 80% of the week and remote work when appropriate. The role description also references the Tech team in Barcelona.

Salary: €30,000–€42,800 annual. A separate benefits section lists €36,300–€41,800.

What you will do

• Administer users, groups, and organizational structures in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Own the Microsoft Entra ID area as Product Owner and define permission models by department, group, role, and individual.
• Apply IAM and access-governance practices to manage organizational permissions.
• Configure and manage Privileged Identity Management for temporary elevated access to Azure resources.
• Deploy Azure Foundry when needed and gather stakeholder requirements for AI and BI models, token consumption, model configuration, and profile rules.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration and Azure-focused identity management.
• Practical understanding of IAM, permission structures, departments, groups, and roles.
• Experience or knowledge of Privileged Identity Management for Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Database knowledge is not required.

Nice to have

• Terraform experience.
• Additional experience with PIM and Azure Foundry.
