Senior TPD Engineer

What you will do

• Administer institutional liquidity hubs, including sessions, symbols, routing, pricing, and risk configuration.
• Onboard counterparties and connectivity through FIX, give-up, and drop-copy connectors.
• Configure custom counterparty streams with symbol sets, markups, tiering, throttling, and session-specific routing.
• Test new client connections and external APIs end to end, document results, and sign off testing.
• Generate custom volume and operational reports, perform account reconciliation, and handle compensation cases.
• Manage incidents, follow emergency procedures, troubleshoot FIX issues, and escalate problems during rotational shifts.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience administering institutional liquidity hubs such as oneZero, PXM, Centroid, or FXCubic.
• Experience managing multi-counterparty infrastructure with multiple liquidity providers, clients, custom streams, and parallel hubs.
• Strong knowledge of the FIX protocol, including session-layer troubleshooting, sequence gaps, rejects, and message analysis.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, traceroute, and telnet; working knowledge of REST API and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with conformance testing, counterparty onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and process standardization.
• English: C1 required; availability for shifts, weekends, and rotating out-of-hours coverage.
