Senior Finance Transformation Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote from Poland with office attendance required once a month in Warsaw. Remote work from abroad is available for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do

• Lead an international finance transformation project implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and transitioning from SAP.
• Manage and coordinate a team of six finance specialists across finance and accounting functions.
• Plan project delivery, monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep the transformation on track.
• Oversee data migration, system testing, business readiness, change management, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with international finance teams, business stakeholders, senior management, and external technology partners.
• Ensure that ERP solutions align with business requirements, accounting standards, and financial reporting needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance management and transformation within international organizations.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, reporting requirements, SAP, and ERP migration.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
• Fluent English and excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
