HR & Change Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium, with temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad, such as France.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Support HR organization and performance management, including HR KPIs and corporate social responsibility topics.
• Contribute to HR development projects covering recruitment, careers, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare HR documents, studies, and negotiation materials for social management initiatives.
• Contribute to change management offerings, innovation initiatives, and business development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in HR, change management, data, and AI-related topics.
• Collaborative communication skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, rigor, and result orientation.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Must be able to participate in temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad. Work permit sponsorship is not available.
