Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Antwerp, Belgium

What you will do

• Identify client work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them.
• Implement agreed solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Manage change initiatives and coach clients to improve performance.
• Progress into team leadership by coaching new hires and junior colleagues.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of consulting experience.
• Lean, Green Belt, or Black Belt certification.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and synthesis skills.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and support clients in using these opportunities.
• Dutch and English are required.
