Consultant in HR & Change (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Antwerp, Belgium, with temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Work on HR organization, HR performance management, CSR, and HR KPI initiatives.
• Support HR development projects covering recruitment, careers, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Conduct social management studies, draft HR documents, and prepare negotiations.
• Contribute to change-management innovation, consulting-offer development, business development, and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0.5–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest and experience in HR and change management.
• Collaborative, communicative, analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent or native Dutch and English are mandatory.
• Ability to participate in temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad.
