ATR - Internship 2027 - Fleet Performance Reliability Review (Aerospace)

hirify.global is an aerospace company providing regional aircraft and technical customer support services, including Global Maintenance Agreements.

What you will do

• Develop a new in-service data analysis covering aircraft utilization, component movements, operational interruptions, and logbook data.
• Support the Fleet Performance team in improving customer fleet performance, Technical Dispatch Reliability, and Aircraft Availability.
• Validate the cross-functional analysis process involving Fleet Performance, other hirify.global departments, and the customer.
• Define methods for identifying operational improvement opportunities and consolidate recommendation sources.
• Develop efficient tools for increasingly frequent fleet performance reviews.
• Create the deliverable presented to the customer.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree with an aeronautical specialization, preferably in the final year.
• Solid understanding of airline operations and experience participating in or leading data analysis projects.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Clear and concise communication skills with an open-minded, collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in both French and English is required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
