Reporting, Data & Automation Analyst – Finance Transformation CDD - F/M/NB (Power Platform)

Location: Serris, France. Remote work may be available for positions that do not require on-site intervention, facility or application access, or physical interaction, subject to company agreements.

What you will do

• Analyze Finance business needs, identify processes for transformation, and propose pragmatic, quickly deployable solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions.
• Create and improve Power BI dashboards and prepare, transform, and structure reporting data with Power Query.
• Participate in advanced automation projects and proof-of-concepts involving Python, Machine Learning, and RPA tools.
• Contribute to chatbots and internal agents, document solutions, and organize their maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams while adapting communication to different technical audiences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in data, business intelligence, computer science, engineering, quantitative finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Reporting, Data, BI, automation, or digital transformation, with solutions developed and deployed for end users.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Practical experience with Python applied to data or Machine Learning, plus experience with UiPath and RPA principles.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and designing chatbots or internal agents.
• French and English at C1 level required.
