Senior Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France, with the possibility of working remotely two days per week

hirify.global is a European fintech company providing invoicing, accounting, payroll, business accounts, payments, and financing solutions for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

What you will do

• Create one consistent view across CRM, data warehouse, and product data.
• Build lead scoring, pipeline analytics, and other sales analytics solutions for weekly use by the French Business Unit.
• Own analytics for French Business Unit leadership and deliver decision-ready insights.
• Support the Product organization and country Business Units with analytics for CPA and Advisor products.
• Report to the Head of Data Analytics and collaborate with Product and country business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience, including experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced analytics experience in a sales organization, such as lead scoring or pipeline analytics.
• Experience combining CRM, data warehouse, and product data and aligning teams around shared data.
• Experience driving data-informed decision-making directly with senior leadership.
• Practical experience with SQL, dbt, Omni, Python, and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Fluent French and English at C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS and/or CPA-related products.
